Cash Logistic Support

Description

Grizzly Security Armored Express is seeking to fill a Cash Logistics Support role in our Helena, MT Market. This role supports the branch supervisor in daily cash vault activities as well as administrative duties. This position includes but is not limited to the unrestricted physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lifting of items weighing from 30-55 lbs. This position is typically Mon-Fri and requires some flexibility to work 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities 

• Package and audit currency for quality and accuracy; this includes packaging bagged currency. 
• Verify customer deposits and prepare outgoing orders. 
• Audit and balance vault inventories. 
• Keep up frequent communication and correspondence with Grizzly Security branches and personnel.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Replenish and maintain production supplies.
•  Maintain inventory control.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Provide office support, which includes answering phone calls, assisting dispatch, and operating Microsoft Office programs. 
• Continuously adhere to all Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Position Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Retain a valid firearm permit or ability to successfully complete company-required firearm training and qualification.
• Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to meet physical demands of the position, including: 
• Standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, etc. (up to 8hrs per day).
• Lifting and carrying a minimum of 55 pounds.
• Handling regular exposure to moderately loud noise and machinery.
• Show proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Have prior cash handling or banking experience.
• Convey professional and courteous phone etiquette.
• Demonstrate ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to complete daily inventory and paperwork.
• Demonstrate aptitude and ability to learn and apply production, small machine repair and maintenance, and/or warehouse work techniques.
• Present a professional image at all times while on duty.
• Exercise interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Exhibit strong ethics, integrity, and reliability.
