Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool-aged children (2–5 years)
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support children's growth
  • Supervise children, guide positive behavior, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to create a high-quality early learning experience
  • Promote curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and school readiness while maintaining licensing, health and safety, and program quality standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Two years of experience in a licensed early childhood program required
  • 32 hours of ECP training or Level 2 on the ECP Registry required
  • At least 18 years old
  • AHA Heartsaver CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire)
  • Current on the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry (within 15 days of hire)
  • Infant Safety Essentials (within 30 days of hire)
  • Health and Safety Required Professional Development (within 90 days of hire)
  • Complete mandatory 16-hour annual training and maintain required hospital and State Licensing immunizations
