In this role, you will coordinate education, training, and professional development initiatives for new and experienced EMS team members. Working closely with the Ambulance Manager, system educators, and community partners, you will support orientation, continuing education, skills development, FTO programs, and quality improvement initiatives. The position also provides clinical support through 911 response, inter-facility transports, public assistance, and Emergency Department support as needed.
