As the Provider Relations Manager, you will lead a complex Medicaid provider enrollment and support team, overseeing daily tasks, setting priorities, and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion. Leveraging your leadership experience, you'll guide and mentor team members, driving performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Your expertise will significantly impact the team's effectiveness, fostering efficiency and driving operational success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing a provider enrollment department to effectively and efficiently to meet service-level agreements.
  • Managing the provider support call center team, driving productivity, and monitoring daily metrics. 
  • Providing direction to the call center supervisory and lead staff. 
  • Managing field representation team to ensure providers’ escalated issues are handled and a proactive approach is taken to support the Montana provider community. 
  • Interacting with Department of Health and Human Services personnel concerning provider support requirements. 
  • Ensuring that stated quality objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Updating various performance and status reports.
  • Conducting counseling sessions with employees to ensure they meet expected performance metrics. 
  • Administering annual performance reviews with employees. 

 

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a healthcare support organization in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience, effectively guiding and mentoring team members.
  • Display understanding and application of concepts in medical provider support.
  • Possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Show excellent client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a remote capacity.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to travel to local Helena, Montana office up to 25%. 

 

Preferred

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $51,205-$66,500.
