The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in Helena, MT to seek an experienced Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Quality Department.
This role plays a key part in advancing patient safety, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience through data-driven decision-making and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.
Schedule: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and clinical excellence
- Analyze clinical outcomes and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate quality improvement projects across the organization
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
- Drive meaningful changes that improve healthcare processes and quality of care
- Support initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
- Associate degree required, BS degree or equivalent preferred
- Current Montana RN license required
- PMP (Project Management Professional)certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
- 10 years of healthcare nursing experience required
- 5+ years of quality and safety improvement experience in an acute care setting
- Data extraction and analytics experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, time management and scheduling skills
- Client relations, professionalism, communication, composure in challenging situations
- Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary teams toward actionable goals
