In this role, you will expertly triage patients, prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical and psychosocial needs. You would also monitor patient responses, adjust treatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectively to changing patient conditions.
