Registered Nurse – Home Health (0.8 FTE, Days)
Location: Helena, Montana

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, MT, seeking a Home Health RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. The RN will assess patient needs, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and deliver direct nursing care under the guidance of the Director or clinical coordinator. This role involves case management, patient education, wound care, PICC line management, and performing other nursing procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines. The RN serves as a mentor and resource to other staff while ensuring compliance with CMS, DNV, and organizational policies.


The Home Health RN will coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking, organizational, and leadership skills while maintaining a positive, patient-focused attitude. Flexibility to work rotating weekends, holidays, and take on-call responsibilities is required.


Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care or home health nursing experience

  • Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing

  • Current Montana RN license and BLS certification required

  • Current Montana driver’s license with excellent driving record

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills
