The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in Helena, MT to recruit a dependable Sleep Center Administrative Assistant for their Sleep Lab.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with patients, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience while assisting with general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals
  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records
  • Prepare reports, monitor clinic schedules & assist with prior authorizations
  • Maintain office supplies and support daily clinic operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and clinical staff
  • Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a physician clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience multitasking, obtaining information, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
