This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated sleep professional to help lead daily operations, support clinical excellence, and enhance the patient experience in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Working closely with the Sleep Center Manager and Medical Director, this position helps create a seamless, compassionate patient experience while supporting high-quality diagnostic sleep services.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient flow and room utilization, support patient education for home sleep studies, and perform and/or score sleep studies as needed
  • Serve as a key problem-solver—addressing patient, provider, and operational concerns in real time to keep the department running at its best
  • Maintain clinical equipment, support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
  • Assist with staff coordination, development, and long-term planning that supports the continued growth and success of the Sleep Center—all while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience working in a sleep lab required
  • Supervisory or coordinator experience in a Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care department preferred
  • Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) & BLS certifications required and must be maintained
