Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist – Public Relations

Location: Helena, MT

Job Summary

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization to hire a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support public relations, marketing, and brand engagement efforts. This role plays a key part in driving visibility through digital marketing, content creation, online reputation management, and communications initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing and online reputation across social media, web, and search platforms

  • Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, emails, newsletters, ads, and social media

  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns

  • Track analytics and support reporting on campaign performance

  • Maintain and update website content and digital assets

  • Assist with vendor coordination, media placements, and ad buys

  • Support event marketing, signage, wayfinding, and brand collateral

  • Manage creative assets and photo libraries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines and complete marketing requests

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline

  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital content

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools

  • Healthcare marketing experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Valid Montana driver’s license required

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, collaborative setting

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
