The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana to find a skilled The RN – Behavioral Health provides comprehensive nursing care in a therapeutic environment, supporting the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering and educating on mental health medications, and ensuring a safe, supportive milieu. The RN also mentors less experienced staff and communicates closely with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes.
