What You'll Do

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition
  • Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
  • Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.)
  • Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation
