Preschool Paraprofessional

(ESS/Willsub Employee) 

Required Qualifications:

• Meet licensing/program requirements for a background check, fingerprinting, and other program clearances, if applicable.
• Must obtain Basic First Aid and CPR Certification
• Experience working with preschool children

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom setting
• Skilled in communication, both written and verbal
• Flexible and willing to help where needed
• Additional duties as assigned

A successful candidate will be able to:

• Assist in children’s growth and development
• Support the Lead and Assistant  Teacher as needed with day-to-day activities 
• Have a positive and caring attitude
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure student success and a positive caring environment
