We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Manager/Sales Professional to join our new full-scope medical eye-care boutique specializing in high-end luxury eyewear, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear.

Our practice will provide a complete range of eye-care services, including opticianry, optometry, and ophthalmology, in a sophisticated and welcoming boutique environment.

We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional customer service is the heart of our business. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Has prior experience in optical, optometry, ophthalmology, retail, sales, or management
Provides exceptional customer service and knows how to make every patient feel welcome

Is confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers
Has strong sales and communication skills
Is organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once

Responsibilities

The Manager/Sales Professional will be responsible for a variety of daily operations, including:

Providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient and customer
Assisting customers with the selection of luxury frames, prescription eyewear, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear
Building relationships with patients and developing repeat clientele
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Processing and coordinating insurance orders
Ordering frames and insurance materials
Coordinating with lens laboratories and placing lens orders
Following up on orders, repairs, and customer requests
Maintaining accurate records and inventory
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating patient flow
Working closely with opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other staff
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sophisticated boutique environment
Handling customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
Helping develop and maintain the boutique's luxury brand and customer experience

Qualifications
Previous experience in optical, medical office, luxury retail, sales, or management preferred
Optical experience strongly preferred
Experience with insurance eligibility and optical insurance billing is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

This is an eyecare center that is being built at the moment with a grand opening date of November 1st 
candidate will start 2 weeks prior to grand opening assisting with store set up and preparation
