Responsibilities:

Engage with the community and local business to prospect new clients
Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage

Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience and prospecting experience preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Qualifications:

Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire (if not already licensed)
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
