Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with property protocols, helping to support orderly operations throughout the location.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious conditions observed during patrols so they can be addressed by property management and/or designated personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
