Multimedia Assistant

The Multimedia Assistant for the Las Vegas Raiders will work alongside a team of video and audio professionals in Las Vegas responsible for the production and distribution of Raiders Podcast Network content and support Raider Nation Radio. The ideal candidate for this position will understand best practices in audio recording, have experience recording audio in a studio or radio station, be comfortable working directly with on-air talent, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative. The Multimedia Assistant will report directly to the Senior Manager of Live Programming.

Essential Job Functions

• Produce promotional videos for programs under Raider Podcast Network umbrella.
• Provide on-site support (audio and visual) for remote recordings of podcasts.
• Deliver final video files for interviews recorded in podcast studio.
• Assist in delivery of final project files for publishing to Raiders Podcast Network.
• Collaborate with podcast staff on show rundowns and segment ideas.
• Collaborate with producers and other video production positions to ensure all duties and goals are being executed properly and on-time.
• Assist in research, clearance, booking and other show production needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift 
• Familiar with various methods of file sharing
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to use good judgment and present a professional image
• Willing to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs.
• Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
