Come join us at our new 2.4 million square foot factory in Henderson, NV.    Operator 1 operates CNC or manual machines while supervised.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow safety requirements within the department. Follow daily and weekly schedules. Find, read & follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad). Find basic diameters and dimensions on a blueprint. Correctly load and unload parts. Use precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity. Maintain machines (oils, coolant, filters, and cleanliness). Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle stacker lift. Employees must report any damage to a supervisor or manager. • Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc. • Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.   Supervisory Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities Supervised Employees This job does not have any supervisory activities. 0 Qualifications Qualifications To perform this job successfully the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty adequately.
