Position Summary

Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Open and stamp invoices received in the daily mail
• File expense invoices in the day of the week folder
• File inventory invoices daily
• File PO’s daily
• File Back in Stocks daily
• Match inventory invoice, PO, Back in Stock daily, and complete AP reconciliation. 
• E-mail expense invoices out for approval
• Access AP e-mails and print out & stamp invoices
• Work up the Transportation overnight check request
• Management retains the discretion to add or change duties at any time.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

• High level experience in office administration or other related fields
• Accounting degree or 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of AP in a wholesale environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
