Ensures contract requirements are met and provides analysis, problem solving, and process recommendations to build revenue within the organization.    Roles and Responsibilities  Build data analysis infrastructure to enable quick and efficient reporting for any contracting vector across the enterprise.   Analyze contract, network, and business issues using relevant data, facts, sound judgment, and established processes  Supports the Managed Care team ensuring that contract requirements are appropriately met, contracts are kept up-to-date.  Support contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration activities.  Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders including Finance, RCM, Operations and Credentialing to gather data and perform analysis.  Effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, develop practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.  Other duties as assigned.    Experience Requirements  2+ years Healthcare finance, value-based care, and payer/provider contracting experience.  Strong experience with reporting- Excel/BI/ Data Flows required.  Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement structure including CPTs and HCPCS and their respective categories.  Previous experience utilizing SQL, Macros, ModMed or other RCM and EMR systems.  Knowledge of Medicare including IPAs, MCOs, and other payer network and plan intermediaries.  Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position.  Demonstrated solid analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.  Demonstrated ability to interpret, simplify, and communicate complex contractual and business information effectively to diverse audiences.  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while delivering high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.  Must be willing and able to work independently or in a collaborative setting, based on project need.  Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skill; ability to synthesize and translate enormous and complex financial information datasets into concise and actionable business insights.    Education Requirements  High school diploma or GED required    Physical Demands  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
