This role is responsible for safely moving materials, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate handling of inventory. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up). Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely. Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Keep work area clean and organized. Requirements Prior forklift experience (3+ years preferred). Ability to pass forklift certification. Experience in warehouse or distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Willing to work in extremes in weather and temperature (heat and cold). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
