Location:Henderson, TN (Onsite)
What You'll Do
Tooling, Equipment & Process Development Track
- Assist with manufacturing equipment setup and process implementation.
- Support production startups, changeovers, and process validation activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help identify root causes.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
- Develop standard work instructions and process documentation.
- Support quality, safety, and productivity initiatives across the facility.
- Support tooling and fixture design projects.
- Assist with tooling modifications and improvements.
- Create and update engineering drawings and documentation.
- Work with production personnel to identify tooling-related opportunities.
- Participate in process development and manufacturing optimization projects.
- Support implementation of new tooling and equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and tooling challenges.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Or a related engineering discipline
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
- Internship, co-op, or hands-on manufacturing experience
- Exposure to CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms
- Coursework or projects involving:
- Manufacturing processes
- Tooling and fixture design
- Automation
- Mechanical systems
- Continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
