Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate (Stand-Up & Sit-Down)

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate to join our team in Henderson. In this dual role, you will split your time safely operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts and performing essential general warehouse tasks, including order picking and packing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials, products, and pallets.
Perform order picking using pick lists, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
Accurately pack, label, and wrap orders for shipment to meet daily quotas.
Perform daily pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
Assist with general warehouse duties, inventory counts, receiving, and stocking as needed.
Qualifications
Must have a current, up-to-date resume ready to submit with application.
Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment.
Proven background in warehouse fulfillment tasks including pick, pack, and shipping preparation.
Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass an in-house evaluation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
