We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with strong expertise in vascular and arterial ultrasound imaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic vascular examinations, including arterial, venous, and carotid studies, while ensuring exceptional patient care and accurate diagnostic results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations, including:
    • Arterial Duplex Studies
    • Venous Duplex Studies
    • Carotid Doppler Ultrasounds
    • Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) Testing
    • Upper and Lower Extremity Vascular Studies
    • Aortic and Peripheral Vascular Examinations
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality standards.
  • Obtain and document accurate patient histories and clinical information.
  • Review images for technical quality and completeness before submission to interpreting physicians.
  • Assist physicians with vascular procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and facility protocols.
  • Provide compassionate, professional care to patients throughout the examination process.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any operational issues.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential preferred.
  • ARDMS, ARRT, or equivalent certification required.
  • 2+ years of vascular ultrasound experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
  • Experience performing arterial and venous Doppler studies independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
