MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment operating safely and efficiently on 3rd shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve production machinery, helping ensure we deliver quality parts to our customers every day.

What You’ll Do
- Keep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements.
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Complete all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks per department specifications.
- Communicate effectively with your team and leaders about issues, priorities, and solutions.
- Accurately record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.
- Conduct torque and leak verification tests as required.
- Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE at all times.
- Support a culture of reliability, teamwork, and respect across all departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- At least six months of related maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Electrical training, Lockout/Tagout, Fork Truck, Aerial Lift, Arc Flash, and PLC experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Hands-on role in a hot manufacturing environment requiring standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working with tools and machinery.
