CNC MACHINING SHIFT MANAGER

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage our CNC machining operations. As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee a skilled team, ensure smooth production, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and keeping operations running at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists and operators on your shift.
• Monitor production schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep machines running smoothly.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to reduce downtime.
• Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Train new team members and support skill development.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising or leading in a CNC machining or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operations, tooling, and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and build strong teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Technical certifications or related coursework.
