Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School is seeking a dynamic, experienced High School Varsity Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. 聽This role requires a proven background in coaching lacrosse, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for guiding student-athletes to grow both athletically and personally. The assistant coach will help to foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence while mentoring students in character, discipline, and academic balance.

Key Responsibilities:
路 Serve as an assistant lacrosse coach.
路 Assist in planning practices that enhance skill development.
路 Lead, motivate, and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. 聽
路 Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and parents to promote a positive athletic experience. 聽
路 Assist in managing team logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and game-day operations.
Qualifications:
路 Experience coaching middle school, high school, or college lacrosse.
路 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 聽
