Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds up keep and some technical functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices.
Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents.
On - Call every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs. You will be compensated for being on call and a day off in the week for this.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1 - 3 years experience in commercial/apartment building maintenance preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB Skin Test and Background check.
Be willing to be “On-Call” every other weekend - compensation for this is given and day off in the week.

Wages Start at $20/hour to $22/hr pending years of experience. All Wages are negotiable.

$1000 sign on bonus is offered along with annual raises and stay bonuses.

Maintenance Technician - Full Time
