Shift: Day Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Location: 171 Daniel Rd. Forest City, NC

The role you’ll contribute:

 

Responsible for managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. In addition, this position coordinates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Additionally, this role maintains accurate documentation and patient records.

  • Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
  • Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
  • Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
  • Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
  • Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.
