The role you’ll contribute:
Â
Responsible for supporting all technical, audio-visual, clinical integration, and technology requirements for surgical facilities. This position supports technology requirements and technical project and integration teams across all surgical venues. Additionally, this role manages audio-visual, integration, navigation, and other future surgical technologies. In addition, this position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting bodies. Additionally, this role actively participates in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships. This position contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of surgical operations through diligent and accurate performance of assigned duties.

- Trains staff on the use and maintenance of technology equipment.Â
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for all technology-related issues in the operating rooms.
- Coordinates with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Assists in the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for educational programs.
- Maintains inventory of technology equipment and supplies.
