Position Summary
My Kind Of Bank is seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting everyday banking needs.
In this role, you'll go beyond transactions by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping connect people to the right financial solutions. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other daily transactions
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering helpful solutions
- Assist customers with digital banking and other services
- Identify opportunities to recommend helpful banking products and connect customers with lending or other specialists
- Support a positive, team-oriented branch environment

- Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
