Position: Full-Time Client Hospitality Host

Location: New Flagship Store, N. Gayton Road & W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA

Compensation: $15.00-$17.50 per hour

Position Overview

Fink's Jewelers is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Hospitality Host to serve as one of the first and last points of contact for customers visiting its new flagship store in Richmond. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate warmth, professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine passion for hospitality while helping create memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor
• Serve as an ambassador for Fink's Jewelers hospitality experience
• Build positive connections and rapport with clients
• Ensure customers feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
• Maintain an elevated hospitality program that reflects luxury retail standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and store team members
• Present a neat, polished, and professional appearance at all times
• Assist in providing best-in-class customer service from arrival through departure

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in:
  • Hospitality
  • Luxury retail
  • Guest services
  • Customer-facing roles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build relationships naturally and confidently
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
