Qualifications

  • Accounting experience and accounting skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and account reconciliation skills
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to cross-train in multiple administrative and accounting functions
  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong work references required
  • Previous dealership experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Book vehicle sales deals and complete all related documentation
  • Process title and licensing paperwork for both in-state and out-of-state vehicle sales
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Assistance with deposits as needed
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with a variety of administrative and accounting functions as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with solid work experience who is interested in growing with our dealership. The right candidate will become familiar with many areas of the business and play an important role in supporting our team wherever help is needed.
