Pierre of Hermiston — a Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership all under one brand-new, state-of-the-art roof with 50 service bays — is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our fixed-operations team. About the Dealership

Pierre of Hermiston recently opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility bringing Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram together under one roof, with 50 service bays giving our team the space, equipment, and technology to serve customers efficiently and grow the department. Pierre of Hermiston is part of the Pierre Auto Group, a family-owned dealer group with 10 locations that has been in business since 1947.

Position Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service department, including staffing, customer satisfaction, shop productivity, and departmental profitability. Reports to: [General Manager / Fixed Ops Director].

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service department operations for both Ford and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram lines
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage service advisors and technicians
• Set and monitor department goals for CSI, labor/parts gross, and productivity
• Ensure manufacturer warranty and service standards (Ford + Stellantis) are met
• Manage customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Control expenses, inventory of shop supplies/equipment, and department budget
• Partner with Parts and Sales departments to support overall dealership goals

Qualifications

• Automotive service department experience, including supervisory/management experience required
• Prior experience with Ford and/or Stellantis (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram) service operations preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
