Position Title: Card Services - Seasonal Associate
Business Unit: Processing Operations
Reports To: Supervisor of Card Services

Position Overview:
This seasonal position focuses on processing disputes and maintenance related to debit and ATM cards. The role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while providing high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance on debit cards, ATM cards, and business check cards accurately, timely, and in compliance with department standards.
• Responds promptly and accurately to inquiries via phone and email to support internal customer service needs.
• Generates customer correspondence for each stage of the dispute process while adhering to Regulation E guidelines.
• Reviews daily and monthly reports, taking appropriate action based on assigned procedures.
• Assists with administrative and project-related tasks related to card services operations.
• Maintains accountability for risk management by adhering to the Bank’s risk management program in all card services activities.

The Seasonal Associate will work from May to August. Actual hours worked and employment period will be determined by the needs of the business.
