What You'll Do

Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications
-
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
-
Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs)
-
Mount and populate panels and enclosures accurately
-
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
-
Track production time and materials used
-
Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed
-
Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements
What You Bring

Experience with hand and power tools
-
Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions
-
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
-
Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
-
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Bonus Points For:

Electrical wiring or installation experience

Manufacturing or assembly line background
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
-
Lift 30ā50 pounds regularly
-
Perform repetitive tasks with strong manual dexterity

Stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
