What You'll Do

  • Assemble and wire control panels to meet customer specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

  • Verify components against Bills of Materials (BOMs)

  • Mount and populate panels and enclosures accurately

  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Track production time and materials used

  • Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when needed

  • Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience with hand and power tools

  • Ability to read basic diagrams and follow instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Bonus Points For:

  • Electrical wiring or installation experience

  • Manufacturing or assembly line background

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

  • Lift 30–50 pounds regularly

  • Perform repetitive tasks with strong manual dexterity

  • Stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
