Job Title: Office & Facilities Coordinator

Location: Reston, Virginia | Full-Time  Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office & Facilities Coordinator to join BSI in Reston, Virginia.

This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in creating a positive, safe, and engaging workplace environment across our Americas offices. You will support day-to-day facilities operations, workplace experience activities, vendor coordination, office administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

We're open to candidates with a few years of relevant experience who enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and helping create a great experience for colleagues and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office and facilities operations

  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, office supplies, and workplace services

  • Process facilities invoices and support office-related budgets and expenses

  • Help deliver workplace events, employee engagement activities, and leadership meetings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

  • Support visitor management, mail handling, and office communications

  • Assist with health & safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness activities

  • Provide administrative and operational support where required

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and key stakeholders across the business

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace support, office administration, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment

  • Experience coordinating external vendors or service providers

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented mindset

  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other workplace systems

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the team

  • The ability to work onsite full-time in Reston, Virginia
