  • Partner closely with in-house attorneys to implement and continuously improve standardized, scalable contract workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between Legal, Business Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and improve process efficiency.

At the Operational and Company Level

  • Administer the CLM system, including user access, permissions, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Design and implement automated approval workflows based on contract value, risk profile, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain and curate a global library of contract templates and “gold standard” clauses to support efficient drafting and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain CLM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as contract cycle time, bottlenecks, renewals, and compliance.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring accurate tracking of key dates, renewals, expirations, and execution status.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to Legal and business teams on CLM usage and contract best practices.

Do the Work

  • Perform detailed reviews and edits of contracts, including MSAs, project agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, and client-form agreements, both within and outside the CLM platform.
  • Collaborate with in-house attorneys and business stakeholders to negotiate contract terms that balance legal risk and business objectives.
  • Identify legal and financial risks in contract language and ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and risk tolerance.
  • Ensure contracts are prepared, reviewed, approved, and executed accurately and efficiently.

  • Reduction in contract turnaround time from initial draft to execution.
  • 100% compliance with required “must-have” legal clauses.
  • Increased utilization of standardized templates and approved clauses.
  • High adoption rate of automated approval workflows versus manual processing.
  • Accuracy and completeness of contract data, including renewals and expirations, in the CLM system.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback from Legal, Business, and Finance partners.
  • Timely and accurate delivery of CLM dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Successful identification and mitigation of legal and financial risks in contracts.
  • Effective resolution time for contractual discrepancies.
