Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is actively seeking a Director of Program Management – Capability Development and Effects Lead to join our Trusted Electronics & Effects team. The team is composed of intelligent individuals, passionate about complex RF systems evaluation, software-defined radios, and research-to-operations transitions. The team is growing and looking for someone with a vulnerability research and tactical communications background who has an understanding of how to lead full-lifecycle proposals, build customer partnerships, and transition research prototypes into operational capabilities. What you will do:

  • Direct the planning and execution of high-visibility, mission-critical programs ($10M or more) across our RF and wireless technology program portfolio, providing programmatic expertise and strategic direction to program staff.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by establishing accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage profit/loss, financial risk, and indirect/program budgets with strict discipline around EAC and ETC tracking while maintaining pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).
  • Act as the primary, trusted operational point of contact for COTRs and government stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and maintaining delivery excellence.
  • Drive capability expansion and pipeline development by leading full-lifecycle proposal responses, capture milestone reviews, strategic partnerships, and technical roadmapping for RF, UHF, VHF, SATCOM, and related capabilities.

What you will need (basic qualifications):

  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector.
  • Understanding of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks & tools.
  • Demonstrated profit/loss and financial risk management experience ($10M+ program scope) with full EAC/ETC tracking authority and proposal capture leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue growth and maintain pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).

Nice to have (preferred):

  • Technical expertise in complex radio and RF systems evaluation, signal characterization, protocol/waveform analysis, hardware interfaces, and firmware behavior.
  • Proven experience with software-defined radios (SDR), satellite communications (SATCOM), IoT, tactical communications, and research-to-operations transitions.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
