As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Honeywell Building Automation systems. You will lead field service activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of service delivery.

You will report directly to our Senior Field Service, Manager and you will work out of our Herndon, VA location on a Hybrid/Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by delivering timely and effective technical solutions, enhancing system uptime, and supporting the growth of Honeywell’s Building Automation business.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for building automation systems.
     
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.

    Mentor and guide junior field service technicians to develop their technical skills and improve service quality.
