Role OverviewÂ
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of FranConnect’s mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager-, employee-, and franchisee-facing experiences, with an emphasis on critical, field-first daily workflows.Â
You’ll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering, partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
- Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnect’s mobile experiencesÂ
- Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflowsÂ
- Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholdersÂ
- Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiencesÂ
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutionsÂ
- Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomesÂ
- Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goalsÂ
- Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadershipÂ
Requirements
 What We’re Looking ForÂ
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaSÂ
- Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflowsÂ
- Strong product judgment in complex, multi-user environmentsÂ
- Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situationsÂ
- Excellent cross-functional communication skillsÂ
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plusÂ
