  • Experience deploying AI solutions and infrastructure in classified environments.
  • Experience with delivering high-impact professional business and technical pitches to executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic public sector customers on large multi-year engagements underpinned by Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped to drive value for those customers. You will provide delivery management, consulting, and technical goal to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via Google's air-gapped cloud platform. You will establish and lead a strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities:

  • Enable complex professional services cycles and value-based initiatives, from business development and differentiation to C-level presentations.
  • Act as a change agent supporting stakeholders through pre- and post-sales activities to identify critical outcomes and evolving needs.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on integration, enterprise architectures, and infrastructure to implement comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Define project scopes and execute detailed plans, ensuring program goals align with stakeholder requirements and prioritized deliverables.
  • Collaborate across teams to solve problems, translate needs into actionable goals, and analyze key metrics to implement corrective actions for deviations.
