Responsibilities
  • Leverage state-of the-art and AI assisted technology to support client care
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
  • Accurately record medical histories
  • Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
  • Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
  • Teach good oral hygiene techniques 
  • Take x-rays
  • Assist dentist during procedures and exams
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Requirements:
  • Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license 
  • A willingness to learn and embrace modern technology
  • New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Interest in learning and utilizing advanced dental technologies
  • Ability to perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive care services
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
  • Dependable, professional, and organized
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
