Child Care Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Manager to lead our childcare center and ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards

- Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote children's development and well-being

- Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and center policies

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping

- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors

- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and care


Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
