HVAC Service Manager

Pass One Hour Heating & Air is looking for a full-time Service Manager to lead and grow our service and maintenance team. This role is for someone who wants to step out of the daily grind of running calls and start building something bigger.

We want a leader who believes a great service department is built on training, accountability, and taking care of customers like family.

Not just managing numbers. Building people.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and mentoring HVAC service and maintenance technicians
 • Supporting technicians with diagnostics and field guidance
 • Running team meetings and training to improve performance
 • Tracking KPIs and helping the team grow their numbers the right way
 • Maintaining a strong culture of professionalism and pride in the work
 • Making sure our customers receive the level of service they deserve
