Execute the following rolesĀ and responsibilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā 

Guest Experience:Ā 

  • Contribute to creatingĀ a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.Ā 

  • Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections.Ā 

  • Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategiesĀ and buildingĀ lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty.Ā 

  • Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ā 

  • Assist in maintainingĀ store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.Ā 

Ā 

Team Experience:Ā 

  • Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values: Passion for Winning, Integrity, Leadership, Ownership, and Teamwork.Ā 

  • Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.Ā 

Ā 

Operational Experience:Ā 

  • Support inventory management activities and control expenses.Ā 

  • Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities and follow company policies and Code of Ethics.Ā 

  • Consistently strive to achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.Ā

Qualifications:Ā Ā 

  • Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).Ā 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ā 

  • Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environmentĀ 

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Ā
