Duties include:Ā
Measure and publish facilityās PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, suchĀ as;Ā manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information. The data isĀ maintainedĀ inĀ EAMĀ and equipment is labeled/barcoded or identifiable in the facility.Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ accuracy of Work Order related data: Adding Equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages, Defining Scheduled due dates or initial meter points of system generated WOs.Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ FC specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work PackagesĀ
Support management in the review of WO Data accuracy suchĀ as;Ā Equipment on WOs, Booked Hours (Employee and Vendors), parts usage, WO type, closing codes and WO Comments.Ā
Support management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Manage work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning,Ā updateĀ and closure of work orders.Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ accuracy of spare parts metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, suchĀ as;Ā supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, manufacturer, and part numbers.Ā
Drive materials management process in the facilities store, including but not limited to: Create and or Generate Requisitions, POs, PO Receipts (EAM & Oracle), Develop and maintain the 5s of the store, Work with facilities team to develop and maintain lists of critical spares, Audit materials management process with regularly scheduled cycle counts, Support management with data to implement corrective action as discovered in cycle counts, KPIs or other EAM data.Ā
Work with facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts qualityĀ
Work with corporate EAM Business Analysts to roll out new functionality, standard object coding scheme, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures andĀ scheduling;Ā and EAM reports.Ā
Provide software trainings to end users and new EAM Administrators; serves as liaison for problem solving and escalationĀ
Coach and educate staff on the CMMS functions and best practices for performing tasks.āÆāÆĀ

Requirements include:Ā
2-yearĀ AssociateĀ degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System,Ā EngineeringĀ or related fields. Associate degree in Computer Science orĀ equivalent, butĀ notĀ required. High school diploma or equivalentĀ
Flexibility with hours and days (the operation will potentially be running 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, includingĀ mostĀ holidays)Ā
1-3+Ā years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environmentĀ
Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior managementĀ regardingĀ maintenance, inventory, and cost controlĀ
4+ yearsā working experience working with enterprise asset management software suit. Infor EAM ASE is highly desiredĀ
2+ yearsā data analysis experience in the facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimizationĀ
User training experience is desiredĀ
Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environmentĀ
Proven written and verbal communication skillsĀ
Ā
Experience andĀ proficiencyĀ in the following areas preferred, but notĀ required:Ā Ā
Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS UserĀ
Preventive and Predictive maintenance proceduresĀ
Skilled trade training or equivalent technicalĀ expertiseĀ
A strong knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing maintenance material inventory, project estimating and scheduling, enterprise server CMMS experience, and data-driven, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.Ā
Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management,Ā Information Systems, orĀ commensurateĀ professional experienceĀ

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateās experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $38.51 - $45.30
