What You’ll Do

As a Store Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be one of the first people customers interact with—helping them find the right parts, tools, paint, and accessories while delivering outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting retail and commercial customers
• Learning and using automotive parts lookup systems
• Assisting with paint mixing, returns, and product recommendations
• Answering phone calls and supporting store sales
• Recommending related products and informing customers of current promotions
• Processing transactions accurately and following store procedures
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Supporting inventory tasks, freight check-in, labeling, and deliveries as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive parts knowledge or industry experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
