The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower.

This is an opportunity to care for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients while developing advanced clinical skills in a modern, high-acuity environment.

What You’ll Master

What You’ll Do

  • Care for complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
  • Monitor high-acuity patients and respond to changes in condition
  • Manage IV drips, chest tubes, and central lines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
  • Interest in high-acuity or critical care nursing
  • Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred — training available if needed
  • New graduates and experienced RNs welcome
