The Junior Final Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach customers. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12+ months of hands-on aviation technician experience (accessories preferred)
  • Basic understanding of FAA regulations (Parts 145/ Parts 43 concepts preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Good communication skills to report findings clearly and effectively.
  • Willingness to learn inspection standards and quality systems


Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspections on overhauled and repaired accessories
  • Verify compliance with CMM's, work orders, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate prior to return to service
  • Airworthiness Directives verification and compliance
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
